Iwan M Williams MRICS FNAEA

Iwan has 13 years experience of the property market at various levels - Most recently as a Senior Manager with a large independent Estate Agents, Surveyors, Valuers and Auctioneers.

Specialises in residential agency and valuation, but also has experience and a wide knowledge of the commercial and agricultural market.

A Chartered Valuation Surveyor & Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents.

Iwan is married to Amanda and they have two children.

Amanda R. Parry-Williams, BSc Hons. Estate Management

Graduated in urban estate management 1991.

Estate Gazette prize winner 1990 for best 2nd year student in Law and Valuation.

Has had work experience with both the valuation office and a large national company dealing in commercial agency. 

Presently full time mother to Lloyd and Anna.

Jackie A Lewis, ANAEA

13 years experience as Negotiator and Residential Manager for national and large independent companies.

An Associate of the National Association of Estate Agents.

Jackie is married to David and has two teenage children, Michael and lucy.

Has a thorough knowledge of the Conwy Valley and presently lives in David's home village of Rowen.
